We had a total of $4.50 to allocate. Below is the breakdown of the allocation approved by the membership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>$0.50<\/strong> to H&amp;W <em>(held in reserve \u2014 any amount not used will be allocated to taxable net wage)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$0.25<\/strong> to NorCal Pension <em>(this $0.25 will be on benefit)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$0.23<\/strong> to IUPAT Pension <em>(increase required by the Constitution)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$0.17<\/strong> to Wage Equity <em>(Market Recovery)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$0.10<\/strong> to IUPAT Administrative Dues <em>(deducted from taxable net wage)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$2.00<\/strong> to Annuity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$1.35<\/strong> to Taxable Net Wage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this allocation, the Journeyman Glazier wage rate will increase to $62.84 per hour, bringing the total package to $103.45 per hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you to all the members who participated in the allocation vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cole Davis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Local 1621<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 12th, the Bay Area NorCal Glaziers held our wage allocation vote for the 2027 wage increase.
