I strongly urge you to submit your suggestions, desires, wants, etc. to better guide leadership during meetings. Call me or come by to discuss the results of the survey. I can show you results of the wants for wages, contract length, and some of the suggestions. The anonymous results can even be broken down to what each Local\u2019s numbers are for painters and drywall finishers. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n As of now, there have been six meetings with paint management and a total of three with drywall management and associations. All the talks have been related to contract language.
