As it stands, our raise for that year will be <strong>$4.50<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is your money \u2014 and your voice matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage every member to reach out to your Business Representative or Executive Board members and let us know what\u2019s important to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Would you like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More money on the check?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A larger contribution to your annuity?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased funding directed toward the Nor Cal Pension now that we have officially reached <strong>100% funded status<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reaching 100% funding is a major accomplishment. Some members may want to push contributions beyond 100% to strengthen the fund even further and position us to make future improvements to our pensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we typically do, we will present <strong>two allocation options<\/strong> for the membership to vote on. Your feedback helps shape those options \u2014 so please speak up and make sure one of the proposals reflects what you want to see in this final year of our contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is your opportunity to help decide where your $4.50 goes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reach out.
