I just want to give you all an update to what\u2019s happening in your District Council and your Local Union, since we have many different employers and units in the local, I will touch on some that I\u2019m currently in negotiations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-At San Francisco Unified School District and the Building Trades negotiating team has come to an tentative agreement with the District to bring parity to District Painters and City Painters for long time the SFUSD painters would transfer to the City and County of SF and would leave the district needing to fill those vacancy so now they will make the same wages as their counter parts this will go to the members to vote at the end of February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-I\u2019m currently in Negotiations along with the Alameda Building trades with UCB\/LBL we are currently cleaning up most of if not all the outdated Articles language and then will start on wages we started these negotiations in October 2025 because of the past negotiations experiences we wanted to make sure that come September 2026 we would have a contract ready for the members to vote on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
