Espero que la actividad laboral repunte en 2026, y necesitamos estar preparados para cuando nos llamen para trabajar. A continuaci\u00f3n, se detallan las certificaciones requeridas para la asignaci\u00f3n de trabajo, seg\u00fan el Convenio Colectivo de Maestros Vidrieros del Norte de California.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"mg-heading-1\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Secci\u00f3n E. Educaci\u00f3n continua<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each Journeyman Glazier shall annually obtain a minimum of sixteen (16) hours Glazier &#8211; trade and\/or safety education training. The curriculum for such continuing education shall be established and provided by the STAR Program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each Journeyman Glazier shall successfully complete and maintain safety training and possess a valid training card for the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First Aid\/CPR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booms &amp; Lifts, including, Class 7 Telehandler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OSHA-10 or OSHA-30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scaffolding\/Swing Stage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protecci\u00f3n contra ca\u00eddas (USACE EM385)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By January 1, 2023, and thereafter, all Journeymen Glaziers shall have the above required training and will provide proof of training.
