Donald Trump and Texas Republicans are attempting an unprecedented power grab to manipulate congressional seats and influence next year’s election before it even starts. Their goal is to secure enough seats to control Congress, regardless of the people’s vote. If we don’t act now, Trump could maintain unchecked power for another two years. The event, sponsored by North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) and other unions, is the largest annual gathering of tradeswomen globally. It offers valuable opportunities for leadership growth, mentorship, networking, and skill development within unionized construction trades. The conference will include plenary sessions, workshops, a banner parade, and emphasize the importance of sisterhood and solidarity within the trades. Thank you to all the sisters that do the work every day and are an example of what resilience, dedication and commitment look like. We appreciate the value you give to our industry as well as our lives.

Are you ready for a night of support, encouragement and inspiration?!
