Bother Haas se uni\u00f3 al sindicato por primera vez el 7 de abril<sup>.<\/sup>, 1974, y ha continuado su trabajo dentro del sindicato durante los \u00faltimos 50 a\u00f1os. Su oficio es cubridor de paredes\/colgador de papel. Fue delegado a 2 Convenciones Generales de IUPAT, una en 2009 y otra en 2014. En abril de 1990 pudo conseguir un puesto en la IU en el Programa Job Corps. Su trabajo continu\u00f3 all\u00ed hasta finales de 2017 cuando pudo jubilarse.
