Un reconocimiento especial al miembro del Local 487, Carlos Velasco, quien fue galardonado como Aprendiz del A\u00f1o para Pintores Comerciales. Estoy orgulloso de todos y cada uno de ustedes. Todos ustedes trabajaron duro para completar el programa y ahora son Oficiales Certificados para su oficio.
