Sabemos que eso no es lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, pero puedes planificar trabajar en ciertas \u00e1reas seg\u00fan d\u00f3nde estar\u00e1 la sombra en los momentos en que la exposici\u00f3n al sol es m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Vestir apropiadamente.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ropa ligera y transpirable es mejor para mantenerte c\u00f3modo y evitar el agotamiento por calor.
