El aumento fue <strong>$3.00<\/strong> de los cuales <strong>$2.62<\/strong> fue asignado a la <strong>Taxable Net Wage<\/strong>, <strong>$.35<\/strong> fue asignado a <strong>Salud y Bienestar<\/strong>, <strong>$.02<\/strong> to <strong>LMCI<\/strong> y <strong>$.01<\/strong> para la Preservaci\u00f3n del Trabajo. Tambi\u00e9n se agregaron $.14 al paquete total, $.10 al PDCA, $.03 a LMCI y $.01 a Preservaci\u00f3n del Trabajo, estos montos adicionales fueron cubiertos por el empleador y no se dedujeron del aumento de $3.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, para los pintores, no olviden que deben comenzar a obtener sus certificaciones ahora para poder enviarlas en enero de 2025. SAFETY TRAINING &#8211; Each Journeyperson and above (Painter) shall obtain and maintain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the certifications and training outlined in subsections a and b below. Once the required training is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>complete and up-to-date, Journeypersons and above shall then annually complete a minimum of sixteen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(16) hours of painter-trade and\/or safety education training courses that are recommended by their<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employer. The curriculum for such continuing education shall be established and provided by the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finishing Trades Institute of Northern California and Nevada (\u201cFTI\u201d) and made available through the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STAR Program. They shall possess a valid and updated training card and provide documented proof of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>training to their Employer and the FTI. The Union shall not dispatch any Journeyperson without proof of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) Each Journeyperson and above (Commercial Painter) shall successfully complete and maintain the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. By January 1, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>i. Fall Protection (USACE EM385), including Ladder Safety, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ii. Mobile Elevated Worker Platforms, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iii. Harassment Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iv. Sixteen (16) hours employer recommended painter trade and\/or safety education<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>training, if the above-required training is complete and up to date.
