Resumen de las tareas laborales: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Administrative duties, including but not limited to, bookkeeping, clerical tasks, strong member support, analytical tasks using computers <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Collate and distribute mail and mass mailings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u2219 Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence to multiple Local Unions and Affiliates <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Perform bookkeeping, manage membership accounts <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Must be punctual, able to problem solve in high production times, with the ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u2219 Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Proficient in use of technology and computer software: Word, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks, Point of Sale Systems and WordPress <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Customer service oriented <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Great attention to detail <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Strong organization skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Ability to multi-task <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Strong communication skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Ability to grasp new concepts quickly <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Position is covered under a Union Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Full-time position Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Healthcare and Retirement plans are included under the CBA <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2219 Starting Pay and benefit package is progressive in addition to annual increases <\/p>\n\n\n\n
